What if I don't have a partner?
You can still sign up! We will pair you with a partner.

How do you pick the winner?
Everyone will weigh in at the beginning and end. We will combine each team's weight. The team that loses the most percentage of combine body weight is the winner!

Will you announce my weight?
Not at all!! We will announce how much percentage teams lose and total pounds.

When does the program start?
This program starts on Monday, May 7th, 2018.
However, there is an orientation on Sunday, May 6th at 6pm
at the gym for all participants where we will do the following:
- Before Measurements
- Review of program
- Review of Nutrition Plan

What is the training schedule?
Training Schedule:
Monday: 6:00am, 7:10am, 9:30am, 6:30pm, 7:45pm
Tuesday: 9:30am, 6:20pm, 7:30pm, 
Wednesday: 6:00am, 7:10am, 9:30am, 6:20pm, 7:30pm, 8:40pm
Thursday: 7:30pm
Friday: 7:10am, 9:30am, 4:30pm
Sunday: 9:00am, 10:15am

Do I have to come everyday?
Not at all. You will train 2 to 3 times a week at the gym. 10 sessions max! Our workouts are intense enough that that's all you'll need to see results! You can always complement that with light cardio another 1 or 2 times a week.

If I am out of shape, can I still do the program?
Definitely! Most people that start here are absolute beginners. Our facility is designed to train beginners and advanced people. You'll see big improvements very soon!

Does it include a nutrition plan, too?
Yes! Our Nutrition Plan is one of the most powerful tools you'll use. Instead of making dieting mistakes like most people do you'll go straight to the path of weightloss!!
